Cancellation Policy

Please read the below stated points for any cancellations.

Please note that the guidelines outlined in our policies pertain specifically to the time slots chosen by users during the checkout process on indianflowercakengifts.com.

Orders are processed according to selected time slots, and we entertain cancellation requests based on the time slot chosen by the customer when placing an order. Please take into consideration the following conditions:

Cancellation requests received by indianflowercakengifts.com more than 24 hours before the start of the selected time slot will incur a 10% deduction from the order value as cancellation charges, with a 90% refund to the Bank Account. Please note that a 100% refund can be requested in the indianflowercakengifts.com wallet, waiving off cancellation charges.
Cancellation requests received by indianflowercakengifts.com between 12 to 24 hours before the start of the selected time slot will result in a 20% deduction from the order value as cancellation charges, with an 80% refund to the Bank Account. Again, a 100% refund can be requested in the indianflowercakengifts.com wallet, waiving off cancellation charges.
If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours of the start of the selected time slot, the full order value will be deducted as cancellation charges, resulting in 0% refund to the Bank account or the indianflowercakengifts.com wallet.

Please note that in any of the above cases, refunds to the Wallet or Bank can only be initiated at the company’s discretion, considering reasons for cancellation such as unfortunate events, calamities, or unavoidable circumstances. Customers cannot claim refunds to override the clauses mentioned.

Cancellation requests are not accepted for orders placed in the following categories:

Same-day delivery category: No cancellation requests are entertained if the order placement date and delivery date are the same. No refund will be provided if the order is canceled or if the receiver does not receive it.
Same-day midnight delivery orders cannot be canceled.
Special day orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds are issued for them.

Regarding Same-day Orders:

While users can select the same delivery date as the order placement date, we aim to fulfill same-day delivery requests but do not guarantee it.
We process same-day delivery orders within 24 hours of the requested date and time slot.

Specifically for indianflowercakengifts.com:

Same-day orders for day and evening time slots are accepted until 5 pm, and we endeavor to deliver on the same date as the order placement.
Same-day midnight (00:00) delivery orders are taken until 7:00 pm. We make every effort to deliver on the same date as the order placement but cannot guarantee it.

Additional Points:

Orders placed for courier products cannot be canceled once acknowledged at our end.
The delivery date chosen for courier products is tentative as it depends on logistics/courier partners.
Usually, courier products are dispatched within 2 days of placing the order, but the preparation and nature of the product may lead to extended delivery times.
