In case of a refund initiated by indianflowercakengifts.com, credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount will be offered. However, in undelivered cases, a direct refund will be processed if customer account details are provided and agreed upon in written communication.

Online refunds are credited through the payment mode within 72 working hours. Once processed by indianflowercakengifts, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account. Offline refunds are credited within 5-7 working days post receipt of customer bank details.
